Hey there! I'm Elise Cassidy, founder of Batter By Design. I've been immersed in the world of baking for over a decade now. It's been quite the journey—a journey filled with flour-dusted countertops, the sweet aroma of freshly baked treats, and countless moments of pure joy. I fell in love with baking at a young age. There was something magical about the way ingredients could come together to create something truly special. Over the years, I've experimented with flavors, perfected techniques, and embraced the creative process with open arms. From my humble beginnings of baking with my mom to running my own home bakery today, the passion for this craft has only grown stronger.
